At Maison des Senteurs Orientales Inc, customer satisfaction is important to us while strictly respecting hygiene and safety standards related to perfume products. This Return Policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
The products sold are perfumes, classified as personal hygiene products. For this reason, certain returns are legally excluded for health and safety purposes.
Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted if: • the perfume has been opened • the product has been used or tested • the security seal has been broken or removed • the original packaging is missing or damaged
A return may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met: • the product is new, unopened, and unused • the security seal is intact • the original packaging is complete • the return request is made within 14 days for customers in the European Union or within the timeframe required by applicable local laws (Canada / USA)
Before returning any product, customers must contact our customer service at: contact@msoperfumes.com and provide: • order number • product details • reason for return Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective products, incorrect items, or order preparation errors. In such cases, return costs will be covered by Maison des Senteurs Orientales Inc.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected: refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe) within a reasonable timeframe. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Exchanges are available only for defective products or incorrect product delivery, subject to product availability.
